Urgent info re tonight’s visit

Thank you so much for booking tickets for Luminate Sandringham.

We are very sorry to inform you that currently there is no water supply to the entire Sandringham Estate. The water authority is working to try and resolve this issue by tonight’s Luminate, but we do not know at this stage, whether the situation will be resolved in time for us to open tonight.

We sincerely hope that the issue will be resolved and that we will be able to open as planned, as we can’t wait to welcome you to Luminate.

A further update will be sent at 2pm and regrettably at that stage, if the water issue is not resolved, we will have to cancel tonight’s Event.

We appreciate that some of you may be travelling some distance to the Event and may prefer to make your decision earlier than 2pm. As such, because we still have plenty of alternative availability, should you wish to change the date of your booking now, you are welcome to do so , using this link. https://luminate.live/change
